If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly. We aim to respond to enquiries promptly during business hours.

For hygiene and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. For non-food items, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.
