Swimming Sessions (Pool Side) Do I need to book in advance? Yes — all sessions are pre-booked and subject to availability. Payment secures your slot. Is the pool private? Yes. Sessions are exclusive to you and your dog, providing a safe, controlled environment. Is swimming suitable for all dogs? Most dogs can benefit from swimming; however, owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is fit, healthy and safe to participate. If in doubt, please consult your vet. What are the arrival requirements? Dogs must arrive clean, free from excessive mud and with nails kept short. Dogs must remain on lead and under control until advised otherwise. Feeding guidance Dogs should not be fed within 4 hours of swimming to reduce the risk of illness. Fouling in the pool Please allow your dog to toilet before entering. Fouling in the pool will incur a cleaning charge. Activity & Enrichment Sessions (Dry Side) Are sessions private? Yes — activity sessions are private unless otherwise stated. Who supervises the dog? Owners remain fully responsible for their dog at all times. Sessions are owner-led unless staff assistance has been booked. Is this suitable for reactive dogs? Private sessions are often suitable; however, owners must ensure their dog can be safely managed within the facility. Wash & Dry Facility Can I use the wash area after swimming? Yes — this is available as an add-on or included where specified. What is provided? Dog-friendly shampoo, dryers and towels are available. Owners use the facility at their own risk and must supervise their dog at all times. Events & Social Sessions Are events private? No — these are group sessions and may include multiple dogs and people. Is my dog suitable? Dogs must be friendly, sociable and non-aggressive. We cannot accept dogs displaying food aggression, reactivity or unsafe behaviour. What if my dog cannot attend group events? We offer private sessions as a safer alternative. Children & Visitors Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Minimum age restrictions apply for pool entry. Health, Safety & Responsibility Owners confirm that their dog is in good health, free from contagious conditions and safe to participate. All dogs remain the owner’s responsibility throughout their visit. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session without refund if safety rules are not followed or if a dog presents a risk to people, other animals or staff. Bookings, Changes & Cancellations All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Changes or cancellations may be subject to notice periods and availability. Products & Add-Ons Optional extras and retail items are available to enhance your visit.
