We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so your dog can enjoy their goodies without delay.
Shipping
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
• We currently ship within the UK only (unless otherwise stated)
• You will be responsible for providing accurate delivery details
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.
Non-Delivery or Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Homemade Food & Treats
Some items in our shop are homemade dog treats or food products.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
• Food items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival
• Please check ingredients carefully before purchasing, especially if your dog has allergies or dietary sensitivities
• We cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions where ingredient information has been provided
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist.
Non-Food Items (Accessories & Products)
For non-food products such as towels, grooming items or accessories:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect:
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and photos where possible
• We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
