About Us.

We’re a proud family-run business with a lifelong love of animals at our heart. Every member of our family has grown up caring for pets, and with five dogs of our own, we understand first-hand the joys and challenges of dog ownership at every stage of life.

The idea for The Doggy Paddle Club began when we looked for enjoyable ways to keep our older dogs active and engaged. Swimming stood out as a gentle, low-impact activity that dogs of different ages could enjoy in a safe and controlled environment.

Our younger dogs inspired the next part of the idea. Full of energy and mischief, they needed stimulating activities that would engage them both physically and mentally. What began as a plan for an indoor dog swimming pool soon developed into something much more — a dedicated dog activity centre bringing together private swimming, play and enrichment experiences under one roof.

We are now preparing to open The Doggy Paddle Club in Barton-upon-Humber, subject to planning permission. Our sessions will be available by appointment and designed to give dogs and their owners a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience together.

Alongside our swimming and enrichment sessions, customers will also be able to browse a carefully selected range of dog treats, accessories and useful products through our reception shop and online store.

Everything we do is inspired by our own dogs and our genuine passion for helping other owners give their pets happy, active and fulfilling lives.
