CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Register for free, add your dog and choose a mileage target. Young people can take part through an account created and supervised by a parent or guardian.

CHOOSE YOUR WAY
Choose a charity to support or enjoy the Explore Club as a personal activity challenge. If you fundraise, use your own external fundraising page.

WALK & MAKE MEMORIES
Record your miles over as many walks as you need. Complete Café Visit, Sunrise or Sunset Stroll, Beach Adventure and Woodland Explorer memories, and upload photos.

COLLECT & CELEBRATE
Watch your mileage and memory stamps unlock automatically. When you complete your mileage target, you can request a personalised digital certificate to be sent by email.

There is no cost to take part in the online Explore Club challenge. Optional paid upgrades, including additional dogs and printed materials, are available only if you choose to add them.

IS THE EXPLORE CLUB FREE?
Yes. One participant and one dog can join the online Explore Club challenge completely free. Additional dogs and printed materials are optional paid upgrades only.
CAN I WALK ANYWHERE AND AT ANY TIME?
Yes. There is no set route, event date or deadline. You can walk wherever is safe and suitable, completing your mileage over as many walks as you need and at your own pace.
DO I HAVE TO SUPPORT A CHARITY?
No. You can take part as a personal activity challenge or choose to support a charity close to your heart. Fundraising is completely optional. If you decide to fundraise, create your own external fundraising page and add its link to your Explore Club profile.
DOES THE DOGGY PADDLE CLUB COLLECT DONATIONS?
No. If you choose to fundraise, donations must be made directly through your external fundraising page. The Doggy Paddle Club does not receive, process or hold donated money.
HOW DO I RECORD MY WALKS AND COLLECT STAMPS?
Log in to your private dashboard to record each walk and its mileage, upload photographs and save memories. Mileage and activity stamps unlock automatically when you meet their requirements.
CAN I ADD MORE THAN ONE DOG?
Yes. The free challenge includes one dog. You can purchase an optional upgrade to add another dog, giving them their own profile, photographs, progress and digital stamp collection within your account.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRINTED EXPLORE CLUB PACK?
The optional physical pack includes an Explore Club adventure journal, mileage-recording pages, mini challenges, nature-spotter activities and collectible stamp stickers. Full pricing and delivery information will be shown before you purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH MY MILEAGE TARGET?
When your recorded mileage reaches your chosen target, you can request a personalised digital completion certificate. If you supported a charity, you may also include the charity’s name on your certificate.
HOW DO I KEEP MYSELF AND MY DOG SAFE?
Choose routes suitable for your ability and your dog’s age, health and fitness. Check the weather and terrain, follow local signs and livestock guidance, carry water and supervise children. If you are unsure whether the challenge is suitable for your dog, seek advice from your vet.
CAN A CHARITY, COMMUNITY GROUP OR ORGANISATION TAKE PART?
Yes. Charities, community groups, schools and clubs can encourage their members to take part using individual accounts. Please contact The Doggy Paddle Club before arranging an organised group challenge.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Account holders must be aged 18 or over. Young people may take part using an account created and supervised by their parent or legal guardian.
ARE MY DASHBOARD PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEMORIES PUBLIC?
No. Photographs and memories uploaded to your dashboard are private to your account. We will only publish a story or photograph publicly if you submit it separately and give clear permission.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?
Once you complete your mileage target, you can submit a certificate request through your dashboard. Your personalised digital certificate will be sent to the email address you provide.
